View is gorgeous.
The hotel is gorgeous and fairly clean with nice design and a good restaurant. The rooms are updated, the staff is very polite and welcoming. The property offers a quiet vibes in the heart of Florence.

Very good service, brand-new double room with a really high ceiling, television and a nice classic style. Well priced hotel with a super central location in an amazing neighbourhood. Also - adjacent to Florence, all other attractions and a nearby restaurant.

I had the double room, it was brand-new. The beds were very spacious, and there was a marble-lined bathroom, I really enjoyed it. The location was super central, magnificent close to all attractions.

The location is marvellous, a 10-15 minute walk from a l-shaped square. And it's nestled in a very nice boutique building right by the biggest church, around 3 minutes' walk and a really cozy cafè / restaurant and the centre.

The 2 ladies who took care of the b&b while we were there, were very helpful, patient and have a smile on their face. Thank you!
We had some problems with the heating! It did not work properly and we had to call the technician a few times. In the end, as we were about to leave, it finally worked. Stress noise one of the nights we spent there. B&B well-located = also noise in the evening/night...they clean the streets at night
